RackTrust combines open-source infrastructure, open-source systems (iDempiere), and AI automation to host and run ERP for businesses that want to own their stack — not rent it.

Unlike most iDempiere partners, who are consultancies deploying on someone else’s cloud, RackTrust is infrastructure-native: we run the servers and we know iDempiere deeply. We operate against the Malcolm Baldrige performance-excellence criteria — systematic, auditable, measured. In short: we say what we’ll do, we do it, and we prove it.

Positioning is directional and will be refined with the RackTrust team. The relationship between RackTrust and OEIG (named in the billing flow) is to be confirmed.
